Certain homeowners absolutely have the equipment and know-how to take care of some or all of the types of work that we provide. By hiring a team of pros like us, though, you don’t need to worry about accidentally causing damage to your home that you then need to resolve.

You don’t need to be at home while we’re working, but we do prefer that someone who is at least 18 years old be present. We are OK with arranging a way to be granted access to enter your home and given a way to lock up once we leave.

We do not charge on an hourly basis. Before we begin working, we’ll provide you with a project estimate that you approve. We don’t charge hourly because we want to avoid the risk of spending more time on a project than initially estimated, subsequently costing you more than you anticipated.
